  • the master program “International Management – Focus on Creative Management” deals with general management topics such as Global Strategies, Risk and Contract Management, and Innovation and Project Management as well as arts-based management methods and techniques
  • Students learn about aesthetics in organizations, corporate sound, and film making and they are able to apply arts-based methods such as storytelling or songwriting in a multitude of environments for organizational development
  • The curriculum includes modules on Digital Business Management, Marketing Management, and Foreign Trade as well as Strategic Management, so Master's students are proficient in all business areas
  • You get to implement marketing strategies and increase your knowledge on how to efficiently use digital business tools and technological innovation strategies. Creative industries organisations in particular need managers who are able to bridge, balance and negotiate between the world of business and the world of arts.
  • You are taught how to apply artistic methods such as storytelling, visual, musical or performative methods to your research. Your final thesis builds on creative methods or may use artful forms to communicate findings. These methods are also commonly applied to support change and innovation in organisations, and also help to enhance your own leadership personality.
  • While working on projects, you will generally improve your observation and communication skills and get to strengthen your negotiation, project management, intercultural and team-working skills. Equipped with a well-rounded management education that includes business and creative modules, you will become an expert who is able to work in a range of industries, professions and countries.
