AIM OF THE STUDY PROGRAM

The main goal is to prepare qualified management specialists for both private companies and state and municipal companies and institutions. Graduates' knowledge and skills should be in line with the globally recognized standard for the first degree in Business Administration.

TASKS OF THE STUDY PROGRAM

  • The objective of the program is to provide students with the knowledge and skills in both management theory and practical business in its various forms as well as in the analysis of business and economic processes. In the chosen specialization, the student acquires an in-depth professional understanding. 
  • To provide students with basic knowledge in management, economics, finance, business, accounting, marketing, logistics, statistics and higher mathematics, economic informatics, law, philosophy and psychology, which provides an understanding of enterprise management. Provide in-depth knowledge in one of the areas (specializations) - financial management and management accounting; marketing and logistics management; business specifics in the Baltic States. 
  • Develop an understanding of business management related to economic, legal, ethical and psychological aspects. 
  • To supplement and strengthen the knowledge of foreign languages ​​(English and / or German), to master the vocabulary related to business management. Acquire analytical skills using both qualitative, quantitative and appropriate computer tools for analysis of management situations and decision making. 
  • Conduct independent research in the selected sub-branch of management knowledge and summarize the results in bachelor's work to meet the requirements of scientific publication. To confirm the basic knowledge acquired during the Bachelor's examination.
